Defines the operating parameters for the device.
User Descriptions - Enter descriptions for each field as needed. A maximum of 126 characters can be entered for each of the four fields. NOTE: The description entered in the first field is used as the name of the device.
Feature Licensing - If you received a new license file from Image Sensing Systems, press open and select file. Next, press the send button and your system will reboot with the new license loaded.

Time Source - Select the method to be used to synchronize the clock in the IntelliSight Processor.
Manual – Select to synchronize the clock to the connected computer. After applying changes, you must click SET TIME in the Commands section of the Device or Home screen.
TS2 – Select if the IntelliSight Processor’s clock is set by TS2 time set commands from a TS2 compatible controller. The IntelliSight Processor monitors the TS2 time every minute and if the difference between the two is greater than two seconds, the TS2 time is applied to the IntelliSight Processor.
NTP – Select if the clock is to be synchronized with an NTP server. Enter the URL or IP address of the NTP time server to be used and click ADD. At least one (and up to five) NTP servers must be added. If more than one NTP server is entered, the first is used as the primary. If for some reason the server cannot be contacted, the second will be tried and so on. To delete a time server from the list, select it and click DELETE.NOTE: If a URL is entered instead of an IP address, the DNS fields in the Network section must be filled in.
For Time Zone, select the time zone where the IntelliSight Processor is installed. The selected time zone is passed to each IntelliSight Camera connected to the IntelliSight Processor.

Network - Select the module to which the other Network parameters apply.
Network - Only the WAN interface is user changable. For the WAN interface, the addressing applies to the WAN connector, which is used to connect to a network outside of the controller cabinet, such as the Traffic Management Center (TMC).
Enter the IP Address, Subnet Mask, and Default Gateway for the WAN Interface.
NOTE: If port forwarding is used, the IntelliSight processor should be configured with a static IP Address that is on the same network as the router/cell modem.
IP Address - Address to be used for the WAN network interface.
Subnet Mask - Subnet Mask to be used for the WAN network interface.
Default Gateway - Default Gateway to be used for the WAN network interface.
Primary DNS - Address of the primary DNS server. Only available for the WAN interface.
Secondary DNS - Address of the secondary DNS server. Only available for the WAN interface.
Video - Move the slider or enter a value from 100 to 5000 to set the kilobits per second rate to be used when viewing video on the Device screen.
The bitrate does not affect the static image (snapshot). It only affects video playback, and it should be set according to what the viewing device or network can handle.
To set the value back to the default (2048), click Reset.
NOTE: The value selected for individual sensors on their respective Device Settings screens does not affect the quad video display for the IntelliSight Processor.

Communication Ports - Used when the IntelliSight processor is connected to a router or cell modem and port forwarding is required.
Communication Ports - Select or enter the starting port number in the sequence to be used. The system requires two ports for the IntelliSight processor and two for each camera connected to the processor.
RTSP Port - Select or enter the port number for video streaming (used for both the Supervisor and third-party programs).
NOTE: Communication ports must be configured as part of the router/cell modem forwarding configuration.
Webserver - Select whether clients can access the IntelliSight Processor through the RESTful web service APIs.
Port - Enter the port number used to access the webserver.
To change the default (443), enter the number between 41952 and 65535. If the port specified is already in use, a message will be posted to the Operations Log, and the value will revert to the last working port.
Authentication - Select whether or not a username and password are required to access the webserver.
- Enabled - A username and password must be provided. A maximum of 20 characters can be entered for each. The default username and password is admin/ISS12345.
- Disabled (default) - A username and password are not required.
