Reset Login Credentials

This procedure can be used if the login username or password was changed from the default and the new name and/or password has been forgotten.
  • Start a network browswer.
  • In the url field, enter the IP address of the RTMS Echo sensor.
3. Click Forgot Username or Password.
4. Call the number or send an email to the address shown on the screen. You will need to provide the Serial number shown and indicate that this is for a reset of the username and/or password. 5. When the reset code is received, enter it in the space provided. 6. Click Reset. 7. Log in to Echo using the new credentials.
